How funny that the last person rated Rita as being helpful. Rita did not respond to my emails, gave me false information and made several promises that she did not keep. I might have paid more for my closing costs at another bank but at least I am dealing with a bank that has great customer service. Rita, how on earth did you earn a title of Asst. VP? Perhaps some customer service classes might help Rita!

the American Bank is a hometown bank feeling the people are super friendly and great customer service .nothing like the larger banks at all . I'm walked in with all smiles and hello and can I help you.. Rita is a great loan officer she is very knowledgeable and very helpful I"'ve done past business with the bank and have had a easy way to a closer on any transaction .
